Master Fear: Be Successful and Prosper in the Aquarian Age
Most of us allow fear to divert our pathways away from all kinds of success. We just don’t know how to let go of it. Kundalini Yoga and meditation enable us to identify our fears clearly, when we utilize Yogi Bhajan’s suggested method of meditation - deep listening to whatever mantra we might be repeating while meditating.
Then through a variety of means, some of which we will incorporate in these classes we can begin to drop self-doubt, enable self-trust, and start to leave useless fearful behavior. Through making reasonable commitments to cultivate discipline and working to obey your highest consciousness, you can free yourself from fear!
In these classes, we’ll employ kriyas, meditations and mantras to help you create a brilliant light within burning away darkness and fear. Those will help you explore a realm of ease, in and around you. I’ll share around Yogi Bhajan’s teachings on the importance of cultivating courage, dignity and fearlessness, while we are here on this earth.
